It really boost traffic to your site, especially if you have a new blog. The downside to this is that bloggers will visit your site just to click on the entrecard widget, without even reading your post. So expect high bounce rate with Entrecard. But even then, it is worth the try... you can always purchase traffic by advertising through entrecard.
