The new AdFactoryPro site is almost ready, except for the fact that I’m still waiting for the update of the membership script…

On the new site, I’ve added another membership level which allows people to create way more ads (ribbon ads, page peel ads, Banner popup ads, …). I’ve also been looking around for more generators, and I have found some cool ones!

But, like I said… still waiting for the membership script update.. :o(

I’ve just finished setting everything up for the distribution of JV Giveaways Checklist, my brand new report. I actually created it for the Xmas Giveaway, but since I dropped out, I had a ’solo launch’ - all by myself.

These last few days, I’ve been working like hell to create a brand new gift for the Christmas Giveaway - I didn’t even have time to finish the AdFactoryPro update…

Just minutes ago, I was going over the guidelines for contributing a gift again, and I decided I’d let this one go by! Not only are these guidelines very complicated (or maybe it is just me?), I don’t like the idea of having to share 50% of my OTO-profits. It’s not the money, it’s the idea that’s bothering me.

I’ve run 2 giveaways myself; I know it can make a person quite some money, without having to claim 50% of the contributor’s OTO-profits.

So I guess I’ll sit this one out. Shame for all the subscribers I’ll probably miss out on, but hey, this won’t be the last giveaway ever, will it?! ;o)

The 117WorkAtHomeGifts launches this afternoon. It promises to be one of the biggest giveaways this year…

I’ve added a gift - the free GOLD membership to AdFactoryPro - ‘cos the ‘117′ giveaways are always good for a decent number of subscribers, not because I’m such a Henry Gold fan. In fact, he owes me some money…

Last year, one of his sites brought me $150 affiliate commissions. Never seen it, though. After 6 months of communicating with the helpdesk, I simply gave up, tired of all the excuses (’The person who’s responsible is on holiday this week’, ‘We’re having problems with the system’,…) If you’re not going to pay out, just say so… I would at least have some respect for the honesty.

So… I did join - I don’t want to let my stubborness make me miss out on a bunch of subscribers - but I won’t go for the affiliate prizes - they’ve just lost their credibility….

I’m pretty excited! The free membership site for AdfactoryPro is a succes, I also managed to create a version that can be installed on your desktop, so when you want to create your own professional ads, there’s no need to visit the site anymore. You can read more about the desktop installer here.

I must say, I’m pretty proud of the entire script. I’m aware that it can be improved a whole lot - and I’m planning to do so soon - but it’s my very first PHP-creation ever.

In our household, I’m not the only one trying to make some money online. My husband has a pretty successful eBay biz selling seventies watches. Whenever he succeeds in claiming the PC, that is… (which is, I must say, not very often - since I spend loads and loads of hours using the thingie, and unfortunately our online business haven’t been lucrative enough to buy a second machine).

Last week, his account got limited - or you can say suspended, ‘cos he can’t add listings anymore. All because of two unfounded feedbacks…
